Payment:
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We accept Checks and Money Orders, e-mail your order to receive an invoice with shipping & total.
Shipping and Handling:
The scratchers will be shipped via ground. Each case of 50 scratchers ships separately.
Cancelled Orders & Return Policy:
We want you to shop with confidence. We do not bill customers for their order until after the products have shipped.
A cancellation request can be made if the order has not been sent out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days after receiving your shipment, please return any unused portion for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
Privacy Policy:
For your protection we use PayPal as a third party for payments. We do not see any of the credit card information. We do not share our customers' names and addresses with anyone.
